Dr. Richard. Adams is. A wonderful go..I've. Had. Elective. Surge ry last Saturday and vi. Had any. Diabetic absce sses drained and. I. Also had my cyst removed the ,3nurses. In. The. Surgery practice are. Wonderful I had. My. Dressing done. Daily.the only. Thing. I. Have. To. Say. Is. The. Reception. Staff , being. The. Desk. Need. Yo. Communicate, more. With. The. Drs and. Nurses.

I take thyroxine. My dose has been increased to 75mcg therefore I have 50mcg and now 25mcg. The last prescription for the 25mcg was done on an acute prescription.I therefore cant order it electronically , I have phoned the surgery to be told I have to go to the surgery to request it in writing. This is not at all helpful . I know that the receptionist could ask my Dr to put it on a repeat. I cant be expected to drive to the surgery every time my dose is increased. Why are you so unhelpful?
